Who we help
OEMs in aerospace, semiconductors, consumer products and other industries are looking to modernize their production spaces and processes. Contract manufacturers are, too. That’s when they turn to SDMS Robotics for turnkey, custom-built CNC robotic systems. Here’s why:
01
Get more labor
Skilled operators are hard to find. Finding enough to keep up with production goals? Sometimes impossible. These robotic machine tending systems augment your workforce and keep you growing.
02
Save on floorspace
The right, custom-designed robotics system maximizes your output before you need an expensive facility expansion.
03
Quick support, when you need it
Robotics integration isn’t simple. Having a partner who can get out to your facility on quick notice and prevent downtime is a nonnegotiable.
04
Easy to use by design
These robotic systems are simple to program and run without extensive babysitting. Deploy the rest of your team with greater flexibility.
Flexibility
Robotics integration for any CNC setup
It doesn’t matter where the machines on your floor came from: SDMS can almost certainly work with them.
With close relationships to several machinery manufacturers and distributors — including Mazak, DN Solutions and Hexagon — we work creatively to bring your shop up to speed. And because we only use premium suppliers, you benefit from generous warranty and remote service setups, too.

Speed
One partner, from start to finish
You shouldn’t need to spend all your time project managing your facility upgrade. SDMS Robotics handles everything from initial design to freight commissioning and training. And when it’s time to provide a quote, it’s a single PO for the entire project.
Working with SDMS Robotics
Our process
Working with SDMS Robotics is straightforward and collaborative. Here’s what you can expect.
Concept
It’s not shopping from a catalog. We conduct in-depth, on-site discovery work to understand your exact needs, all while respecting your budgetary requirements. Then, we provide a detailed rendering of a proposed solution.
Design
We draw up all the components in the system, then lay it out in our simulation program. You’ll see exactly what your robot will do, and in what order. We dive deep into the details here: No surprises, ever.
Deliver
Assembly and testing happens off-site, so we don’t interrupt your production. And that same logic applies to the actual installation. We accommodate your operations to make sure your work continues. We’ve spent a lot of time on shop floors — we know that matters.
Support
We’re local to California, but install and support systems across the country. If you need us on site, we’ll be there. But we can also remotely access our systems for even faster repairs. Expect requests for service to have a response within the same day, every time.
